These Terms of Use (End User License Agreement) ("Agreement") govern your download, installation, access to, and use of Soothe Baby (the "App"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. Parties to the Agreement

This Agreement is concluded solely between you and [Developer Name] ("Developer," "we," "us"), and not with Apple Inc. or its affiliates (collectively, "Apple"). The Developer, and not Apple, is solely responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, support, and any claims relating to the App.

2. Scope of License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the App Store terms, and any applicable usage rules, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:

• rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App;
• copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or create derivative works of the App;
• use the App for any unlawful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise improper purpose; or
• bypass, interfere with, or undermine any security feature, access control, or technical limitation of the App.

3. Use of the App

Soothe Baby provides baby-friendly white noise, sleep sounds, recording, timer, and soothing support features. You agree to use the App only for lawful, reasonable, and personal purposes and in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws.

4. No Medical Advice and Caregiver Responsibility

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, or emergency services. The App does not replace adult supervision, safe sleep practices, medical equipment, or professional medical care.

You understand and agree that:

• parents, guardians, and caregivers remain solely responsible for infant care, supervision, and sleep safety;
• the App's sounds, timers, recordings, and related features are provided only as supportive tools; and
• if your baby keeps crying, appears unwell, shows breathing difficulties, or presents any health or safety concern, you should stop relying on the App and promptly contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.
