This Privacy Policy explains how Soothe Baby ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information from you.

We do not require you to create an account. We do not upload your app data, baby information, recordings, imported audio, usage history, or microphone audio to our cloud servers. We do not operate a cloud server for storing your personal app data.

All data created or saved inside the App is stored locally on your device, unless you choose to share, export, back up, or transfer it through Apple system features or other services outside the App.

The App may process or store the following data locally on your device:

• App preferences, such as selected sounds, favorites, timer settings, volume settings, language preferences, feature preferences, and playback options.
• Baby profile information you choose to enter, such as nickname, birth date, and avatar image.
• Soothing session records, such as session start time, playback duration, selected sound title, and sound icon.
• Custom recordings you create in the App.
• Imported audio files or audio extracted from videos you choose to import.
• Local metadata for custom audio, such as title, file name, duration, source type, and creation time.
• Daily reminder settings, such as whether reminders are enabled and the reminder time.
• Local membership or feature access status used to show paid features correctly.
• Purchase or subscription entitlement information provided by Apple through StoreKit, used only to unlock paid features.

2. How We Use Local Data

The App uses locally stored data to:

• Provide white noise, sleep sound, custom recording, media import, timer, and soothing features.
• Save your preferences, favorites, playback options, and selected language.
