Welcome to Growth Timeline. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the app and related services. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the app.

1. Services

Growth Timeline primarily provides the following features:

• Creation and local storage of baby profile information
• Selection, organization, and timeline generation from photos and videos
• Browsing growth records and generating/exporting PDF albums
• Optional iCloud synchronization
• Pro subscription or one-time purchase value-added features
• Certain AI-powered creation features based on image and text input

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the services from time to time due to product updates, business adjustments, compliance requirements, or other operational reasons.

2. Eligibility

You must have full legal capacity to use the app, or use it under the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

If you upload, process, or sync photos, videos, names, birth dates, or other information relating to minors, you represent that you have obtained sufficient and lawful authorization from the relevant parent or guardian to do so.

3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices that you lawfully own or control.

Unless expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:

• Copy, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the app or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
